Scholarship Winner’s Award Ceremony
On Wednesday, May 25 from 6-8PM, the Christie Foundation will host a Scholarship Award Ceremony for the winners of the Foundation’s 2011-2012 Health Education Scholarships. Over 100 students were selected to receive over $120,000 in scholarships to support the education of future medical professionals.
The awards ceremony will be held on the 2nd floor of Christie Clinic at 1801 West Windsor in Champaign. The event is open to scholarship winners and their families (winners will be announced no later than April 30). The event will begin with a check-in and social at 6PM with free food and drinks. The award ceremony will begin at 6:30PM.
Students who have been notified they have received scholarships for this year who would like to attend this event should email Laura Mann at lmann@christieclinic.com, including the number to be attending. Scholarship checks will be awarded at this ceremony.
